Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled through qelviro.tech. QELVIRO is a project and trading name used by an individual; it is not a separate incorporated company.

1. Data controller and contact

The controller is Martynas, based in Lithuania, operating under the QELVIRO name. Email: martynas@qelviro.tech.

2. Information collected

When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, project description and submission time. Required fields are needed to respond to your request; you can instead contact us directly by email. Please do not include passwords, patient records, other sensitive personal data or confidential production data.

The form delivers your enquiry by email. It does not create an account or store your message in a website database. Hosting and email services process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and delivery logs. A session identifier helps limit repeated form submissions. To limit automated confirmations, the server also temporarily records hashed email and IP addresses with submission timestamps. Confirmation emails contain fixed acknowledgement text, not a copy of your enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • To discuss a project you request for yourself: steps before entering a contract at your request, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
  • To answer other enquiries or communicate with business representatives: legitimate interests in responding and managing professional correspondence, under Article 6(1)(f).
  • To deliver and protect this website, prevent abuse and investigate failures: legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, under Article 6(1)(f).
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c), where an obligation applies.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. This website does not currently load analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not use enquiry data for automated decisions or profiling.

4. Recipients and service providers

Hostinger provides the website hosting and email services. Enquiries are delivered to hello@qelviro.tech, martynas@qelviro.tech and dominyka@qelviro.tech. The operator and team members handling project enquiries can access them. Service providers process information as needed to operate these services. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities when necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights. We do not sell enquiry data.

Provider infrastructure or subprocessors may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where a restricted transfer occurs, an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses, are required. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive correspondence, then deleted, unless a specific legal obligation or an existing dispute requires longer retention. If a project proceeds, its agreement and privacy information will explain the relevant project and record-retention arrangements.

Hosting logs, email backups and session records follow the provider and server retention settings. These records are used for operation, security and recovery; contact the operator for information about the applicable retention arrangements. Confirmation rate-limit records count activity within the previous hour; older records are removed when a new confirmation slot is successfully saved. 6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email martynas@qelviro.tech. We normally respond within one month; where a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.

7. Changes

This policy will be updated when the operator, services or data practices change. The latest revision date appears above.
