Terms of Service

These terms concern the informational website qelviro.tech, operated by Martynas under the QELVIRO name. QELVIRO is not currently a separate incorporated company. Contact: martynas@qelviro.tech.

1. Website purpose

The website presents web development, software and automation capabilities and allows visitors to discuss possible projects. Public demos use illustrative data and are not production services. Do not enter real patient, employee or customer data into a demo.

2. Enquiries, prices and agreements

Sending an enquiry creates no order, payment obligation or commitment by either party. Displayed starting prices are indicative, not a binding quotation. A written proposal must specify the scope, total price, applicable taxes, third-party costs, delivery, support and payment terms before work is agreed.

Any paid services require a separate agreement identifying the actual service provider and the applicable business or self-employment registration where required. These website terms do not certify that such registration is in place. A future company will not automatically replace the individual party to an existing agreement.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code or spam, disrupt the website, or infringe another person's rights. Normal browsing and evaluation of the public demonstrations are welcome.

4. Content and intellectual property

Website content and code are owned by the operator or used under applicable licences. You may view and share links to the website. Reuse of protected material requires permission unless permitted by law or the relevant licence. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Ownership and licensing of commissioned work must be set out in the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

The public form is for initial discussions. Do not send credentials, sensitive personal data or trade secrets. Agree any project-specific confidentiality obligations separately before exchanging confidential material.

6. Availability and external links

We aim to keep this website accurate and available but cannot promise continuous or error-free access. Demonstrations and illustrative figures are not guarantees of project outcomes. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Responsibility and applicable law

Responsibility for website use is determined by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights. Paid-project obligations are set out in the relevant agreement.

Lithuanian law applies subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. Please contact us first about concerns. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the court or other body competent under applicable law.

8. Updates
